Eduard Petchi

I was born in Romania in a bilingual environment and studied both in Romania and Hungary. In the 90’s I left Romania and worked as a freelancer in Hungary, Germany and Spain, in the entertainment (events and concerts management and production) and hospitality businesses. Due to my training in transport and logistics I am passionate and knowledgable about all types of vehicles, both in their use and mechanical operation. 

Sales management activities, including: 

• Contact external suppliers for orders and product prices negotiation
• Maintain relationships with existing clients and establish connections with potential customers to drive sales of products and services in line with planned campaigns
• Identification of opportunities on external markets
• Provision of customer support by phone and in writing, solving customer complaints for the Hungarian and Spanish market
• Perform quality control checks and validate data entered in CRM, databases, etc.
• Prepare and generate reports for the company management related to: notices and/or complaints of any kind (e.g. non-receipt of ordered products, partial or wrong receipt, change of address, non-receipt of tax invoices, double or incorrect payments, returns/cancellations/reshipments, quality of pods and services, requests for proposals from customers, etc.), as well as irregularities noticed in the course of projects development
• Translations from Romanian into Hungarian of website content, products portfolio, company documents, online adverts
• Posting adverts online and via direct marketing 
• Enter, update, and maintain data in the customer database, permanent documentation regarding new products/services provided by collaborating companies
