I have over three years of experience in customer-facing and presales roles within multinational environments. I worked as a Presales Specialist at BinarCode, a Service Specialist at Emerson, and a Sales Operator at Telekom Romania Communications. Throughout these roles, I developed strong communication, client management, and problem-solving skills while collaborating with cross-functional teams. Working directly with customers strengthened my ability to understand user needs, manage expectations, and contribute to efficient service and sales processes.

I hold a Bachelor’s Degree in Psychology (2025) and a Bachelor’s Degree in Public Administration (2022) from Babeș-Bolyai University. I further specialized in UI/UX Design at IT School (2025), where I gained hands-on experience in user-centered design, wireframing, prototyping (Figma), usability testing, interaction design, responsive design, and building consistent design systems. My educational background combines behavioral insight with practical digital design skills.
